Something Sweet with Susan

Two things we’ve all heard:

1) A picture is worth a thousand words.

2) Pictures do not tell the whole story.

Let me tell you, I wish I had a dollar for every time I’ve been told that I look l like a picture of health!

The picture above shows you what I have to take in a day to keep me going. I recently said, “I’m one prescription away from having to fly one of my boys home every other week to fill my pill box.” When you see me and think I look like the picture of health, you will now know, it’s not the whole story.

I have a wonderful team of doctors. It’s a team I would not want to replace. I am very thankful for all three doctors and the medication that controls my symptoms. However, it’s the great physician, my Lord and Savior, that keeps me going. Without keeping my eyes on Him and his promises, I could not live the life of positivity that I enjoy.

Trust in Him at all times, you people;
Pour out your heart before Him;
God is a refuge for us.
